Red Rooster Comes to Harlem (in the Fall)
This is one restaurant I'm really looking forward to. Chef Samuelsson's understanding of flavor is unmatched and I truly believe he'll be able to create a fine-dining establishment with some soul. The concept will focus on New American cuisine made with fresh local food, definitely inspired by his New American Table cookbook.
No word on where the restaurant will be located, but the rumor is it will be on 125th Street. I plan on being there opening night.
