Designer Alexander McQueen Commits Suicide

The Daily Mail reports that British fashion designer Alexander McQueen was found dead yesterday f an apparent suicide. The rumor was confirmed by the design house, who has declined to comment at this time out of respoect for the family.

The fashion world has lost a gifted star and he will be truly missed.

UPDATE: The McQ show, scheduled for this week, has been cancelled. The Alexander McQueen boutique in the Meatpacking District has been shuttered and covered in white cloth.
